PIpeline Technology owns and operates specialty chemical and petrochemical pipelines in the Mississippi River corridor between Baton Rouge and New Orleans.

Pipeline Technology is an affiliate of Arkel International, a construction company with fifty years experience both in the United States and international markets. Arkel began building chemical plants in the Baton Rouge area in 1961. In 1996 one of Arkel’s clients asked them to consider owning and financing a chemical plant pipeline project which otherwise would not have been built. This was the origin of Pipeline Technology and our unique approach is to build, own, and maintain assets for our Chemical and Petrochemical Industry clients.

PIpeline Technology and related companies are privately owned with administrative offices located in Baton Rouge Louisiana and an operations center in Geismar Louisiana.
